One of our smaller clusters, based in the EU North region, experienced a similar issue to the EU West from last night. Resolution was immediate, and at a time where we were already applying updates globally.
All clusters globally are now patched, and we do not foresee further errors as a result but maintain real-time monitoring as you would expect.

We have identified and are working through issues with OTS, the service which handles test delivery and data collection, in the EU West (Amsterdam) region.
Immediate adjustments were made to reroute traffic at 21.40-21.50 UK time to mitigate customer impact. We will restore services, rectify the issue, and update this notice on completion.
We apologise for any customer impact, and thank you for your cooperation.
All services are restored, and traffic has been set back to normal.

On 24 July, following a failure with our reporting engine, we required an emergency maintenance that had short-term customer impact.
There were two windows, each approximately 1 minute long, where there was interruption to the loading of the Optimize UI, and/or to reports specifically as services were being recovered.
This had no impact on tags, test delivery or data collection, and so you should experience zero data loss from your reports post problem resolution.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused, and hope the above explains issues you may have experienced today.
